This policy explains what personal data OnCourse Fueling collects, why, and your rights. OnCourse Fueling is free and works without an account; data is collected only if you sign in to save plans.

Without an account: nothing that identifies you. Route files you load and the plans you build stay in your browser (local storage); they are not sent to our server.
If you sign in (Google, Facebook or email): your name, email address and avatar from the chosen provider, and the fueling plans you choose to save.
A strictly-necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
To provide the service you asked for — sign-in and saving/loading your plans (performance of a contract / your request, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To keep the service secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Hosting: Vercel (app) and Supabase (database). Sign-in: Google and/or Facebook (OAuth) and an email provider for magic-link emails. These act as processors and only handle the data needed to run the service.
The optional “Buy me a coffee” link sends you to a third-party payment site governed by its own privacy policy; we don't receive your payment details.
Saved plans and your account data are kept until you delete a plan or ask us to delete your account. Local-storage data lives only in your browser until you clear it.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, export (portability), or object to processing. To exercise any of these, or to delete your account, email [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL].
You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
We set only one strictly-necessary cookie: the sign-in session. Because we use no analytics or marketing cookies, no consent banner is required. If that ever changes, we'll ask for your consent first.
